Rates are based on a number of factors, once Ryan calculates your specific factors, he is able to determine how to give you a great deal.
Ryan’s program is very accessible, affordable, and tailored to meet your needs. Ryan understands tight budgets, and would rather come to your event than have it not work out over money; so prices are fair and in some cases negotiable to help insure a visit. When you fill out a presentation form, Ryan will calculate a proposed rate based on your specific details and situation. The cost of the visit is factored by the geographic location to Grand Rapids, Michigan, size of the group, and length of the visit. Some rates may be higher for further distances traveled and if lodging is required. For ease of planning, Ryan factors this in so there is only one rate without separate fees.
Some tips to keep in mind…
1. To save money, it could be beneficial if you and another school book Ryan’s visit to be in tandem, where each school could get their own single session for the shared price of one single day trip. (no more than two schools in one day).
2. For reasonable traveling reasons, please keep in mind that some trip’s distances may require lodging to ensure Ryan’s energy level is high. Also, for economic reasons, some visits may require multiple days visits with area schools and libraries to justify the trip.
